Wednesday’s 3rd-5th grade class did a still life drawing in class this week.  We used vine charcoal to draw the contour of the shapes.  We then began to add color with tempera paint.  I encouraged them to draw what they saw, not what they knew was there.  I was really impressed with the results.  I am looking forward to seeing these complete.
