For our last project before Christmas break, we drew nutcrackers.  These were fun to draw and also taught the proportions of a figure.  Folds in the paper helped guide the students in drawing the proportions correctly.  Some students were able to paint their nutcrackers in class.  Some didn’t have time.  I think they look great in black and white too.  Or, they could color them at home over Christmas break.  Some are not complete, but I wanted to share them anyway.  They are all so wonderful. : )
